In this section you will soon find some exciting short hints about how to make life easy and successful. At the moment I am still working on some technical stuff of this website and soon I will start to create and post a lot about my own experience, many teachings that I received throughout my life and some other short hints. When I was younger, around 9 years old. My mom got seriously ill with a severe depression and later anxiety.
She was sick for a full year which led me to be absolutely terrified of losing her. I wasn’t able to sleep anywhere but next to her in the fear that something would happen to her during the night, and she wouldn’t be alive the next morning.
Anxiety and panic attacks, followed by depressions and other issues kicked off my very own crisis. My transformation was in progress, even when I got a surprising diagnosis. It was due to some shamanic energetic work that made me cope with my crisis and transform it into the healing of my whole life.
My crisis started when I broke down fully, unforeseen and at a complete regular event. For quite some time I was not able to do anything at all. Finally, with the support of my loved ones and antidepressive medicine, I slowly improved. I am proud of where I am today and am still not completely through my crisis.
Difficult parents as well as being forced into independency at a way too young age lead me, an undisclosed Midlife-Chance user, to severe panic attacks in 2020. I worked my way through it and want so share a small list of what I do to make my life a little easier. I wish this could help one of you.
Hi there, my name is Peter and I am happy to live this life with all the ups and downs. This is the long version of how my midlife-crisis turned into my midlfe-chance.
For me it was more than one trigger that started my crisis. I was what people usually call “successful”, a business man with a really good income etc. But I found that I had lost some of what I truly am, of what’s important for me and my higher self. With some courage and endurance, I changed my life so much to the better and now live a balanced and satisfying life.
