Your inspiring story here?
Audio will be added soon
We are still looking for some inspiring stories. Should yours be published here?
Your story can make a big difference in someone else’s life and writing down your story, at the same time, carries healing for you, simply by writing it. Your story can be published with your name or anonymous, with or without your picture, however you want it to be.
There are no requirements for your story. The best would be if you write from your heart, if you can write what lead to your crisis, and if you are already through your crisis, it would be interesting to read, how you managed.

My crisis started when I broke down fully, unforeseen and at a complete regular event. For quite some time I was not able to do anything at all. Finally, with the support of my loved ones and antidepressive medicine, I slowly improved. I am proud of where I am today and am still not completely through my crisis.
Anxiety and panic attacks, followed by depressions and other issues kicked off my very own crisis. My transformation was in progress, even when I got a surprising diagnosis. It was due to some shamanic energetic work that made me cope with my crisis and transform it into the healing of my whole life.
What leads to a Midlife Crisis? Mainly it’s when our life slides away from who we really are. In this post you will find some more answers.
